Jeremy Summerlin has recently been recognized by Greenville Business Magazine’s Legal Elite Awards for 2024. Mr. Summerlin received the most votes from South Carolina attorneys in the area of Employment Law – Plaintiff, for his work in fighting for the rights of South Carolina employees throughout the state. The magazine highlighted Mr. Summerlin in a special side panel of the magazine, which you can see here. The magazine noted Mr. Summerlin’s advocacy for employees facing retaliation, wrongful terminations, unfair contract and non-compete agreements, wage theft, discrimination, and harassment. Mr. Summerlin has spent more than a decade representing individual employees in state and federal court, and he’s grateful for the opportunity to serve the citizens of his state.
Mr. Summerlin has previously been recognized as a member of Greenville’s Legal Elite every year since 2018. He was also recently recognized by Greenville TALK Magazine as a Top Lawyer for Labor & Employment Law.
